Review:
I would give Ender's Game a 4 out of 5. The book was pretty good, it had a lot of action in it that made the book somewhat exciting when it got kind of boring. The book also had some other things in it that kept it interesting too, like when Valentine followed along with Peter on his whole plan to get his ideas out into the public. Not only that but the book was somewhat good also because of the way they treated Ender and his army at battle school. They were being lied to by the military in hopes that he wouldn't notice that the last simulation was actually the real war and he had won it. The book had many different aspects to it that made it pretty great, from fighting in battle school to Ender getting promoted to be the leader of his own army. The book had one bad part about it though and that was the flow of the story. Sometimes I kinda got lost on where the setting was taking place and who exactly was part of the dialogue until a little later into the paragraph or maybe even the chapter and occasionally got boring in the parts that had more speech. The book was great but could have been put together just a little bit more. I would recommend this book because it was a good read in all. |
